Return & Replacement Policy

At Aetherion Gallery, each piece is created or produced with care, and many of our products are made to order. Because of the nature of our artwork and production process, all sales are final except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact Aetherion Gallery within 7 days of delivery at returns@tt2media.com

Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the item, the defect or damage, and, when applicable, the original packaging.

Once the issue has been verified, Aetherion Gallery will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. We may require the original item to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

What Is Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, differences in personal color perception, or because an artwork appears different in a particular room, lighting condition, screen, or display.

Minor variations in color, texture, positioning, finish, or other characteristics that are a normal result of printing, manufacturing, materials, or display settings are not considered defects.

Items that have been altered, installed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise modified by the customer are not eligible for return or replacement.

Return Shipping

If Aetherion Gallery confirms that an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will provide instructions regarding the return and, when applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please do not return merchandise without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.

Shipping Damage

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the artwork before discarding any shipping materials. Keeping the original packaging may be necessary to process a carrier damage claim.
